Introduction:

TQSX suction gravity destoner is mainly used for cleaning wheat, paddy, soybean,rapessed,peanut in grain processing. It removes stones, muds and other heavy impurities with higher density from grain based on diffferent gravity between the grain and heavy impurities. It is ideal machine for removing the stones that having the similar size and shape with grain kernels.

1. With shutter sieve, it is more suitable for the raw grains that with more stones,higher stone-removing efficiency;
2. The inclination of shutter sieve varies from 10-14 degree depending on the different feedstock to attain the best processing effect.

TQSX series  is one of the rice processing machines and is mainly used in the rice mill plants to remove the heavier impurities materials mixed stones that are the same as the grain size in the wheat, paddy rice, soybean, peanut, rapeseed, and other materials.

This machine has an air-pressure meter to monitor the air pressure in the air-suction chamber, it has a light that can help check the movements of the inside material.

TQSX Suction Vibration Destoner utilizes the property that the grains and the mixed stone are of different specific weights and suspension speeds as well as the airflow that is blown upward through the grains, the machine keeps heavy impurity at the lower layer and uses a screen to force the material and impurity to move in different directions, thus separating the two of them.
